In the event that your countries customs agency denies your shipment, we cannot refund shipping charges. We can only offer a refund on refused products if they are returned to us in resalable condition.

We strive to keep all items in-stock. However, due to high demand, some products may occasionally be on Backorder.
If an item you order is on Backorder you will receive a notice stating the Estimated Shipping Date.
Estimated Shipping Dates are subject to slight adjustment based on numerous factors often out of our control. They are simply our very best guess.
In most cases, Backordered items will be available within a 5-10 business days.

We take extra care to make sure your order arrives safely. When you receive your order, please check the contents right away. In the rare event that an item is damaged, please:
1. Do not refuse or discard the shipment or shipping container.
2. Please Contact Us immediately for further instructions.

4. You will receive a prompt refund or replacement, your choice.

We must collect Sales Tax on orders shipped to addresses in the State of Washington. As of July 1, 2008 new State Laws changed the way we must collect Sales Tax. The amount of Sales Tax collect is now based on where your order is delivered within the State of Washington. The formula is complex and our on-line ordering system cannot handle the calculations. Therefore, the amount of Sales Tax shown on your on-line order confirmation receipt is only an estimate. When we process your order we will adjust the actual Sales Tax rate based on your actual delivery location Sales Tax rate. The adjusted amount will be shown on the invoice that is included in your shipment.
