The Study Guide On Money, Society & The Planet is an addition to the four other Group Study Guides created by The New Road Map Foundation: one for the workplace or community, another for Christian churches, another for money and spirit, and one for middle school students.
This study guide, a collaboration between Andy Smith and The New Road Map Foundation, contains more quotes from scripture and adds additional materials on social investing, impacts on community and care of the environment to the Study Guide on Money and Spirit on which it is based. Each study group participant will need a copy of the book Your Money Or Your Life along with a study guide.
The Study Guide On Money, Society & The Planet was created for religious groups and tested at the Central Baptist Church in Wayne PA. In twelve two-hour sessions, participants are introduced to the concepts in the nine steps described in Your Money Or Your Life. In addition, the study guide provides supplementary information about stewardship, social investing and the impact of money in communities.
