| Hi, I was wondering if there was still a place here I could download some photos of my simpler life at the Grand Canyon? I remember when I was learning how to do this two years ago I downloaded a few pics somewhere here and now I don't remember where it was.....Thanks for any help. Grand Canyon Rob |

| Thanks, Danny, for helping with that! Actually, I would have had to search for the info. I always think I'm going to bookmark it, but haven't done it yet. |

For anyone posting pics:
There is a limited amount of storage space on those sites (which is why there are two). Please don't post your highest resolution pics, which take lots of space and can't be seen without scrolling sideways anyway: resize them to about 800-1000 pixels wide which is a good compromise between storage space and ability to see plenty of detail.
And if you already have pictures up there, please take a look at yours and check on the sizes. You can delete the high-res space-hogging versions and leave the smaller sizes for everyone to enjoy. |

I created a new sticky post with the photo site links and Kevin's tips here in 'Notes & Tips From The Administrators'. We'll see how that location works.

| Danna, are you logged in when you are looking for the icon? If you aren't logged in, then you won't see it. |

I would have had to be logged in to read and post. But, I logged out and logged back in and the icon is there now.
The other issues I had was not getting just the most recent posts under "Active Topics". Also, when I posted I needed to use my name and password to have a post take.
I know I sometimes don't Logout when I leave and Log back in, something I know I should do and will in the future. All is well now......Thank you |

I'm glad it worked for you.
I know that when I am logged out, I can read the forums. I leave myself logged in all the time at home, but occasionally something resets and I have to log back in. I've had that randomly happen during a session of using the forums, but it doesn't happen often. |

No, this changed a while back. You can read everything whether you're logged in or not, but you can't post or edit. Not sure why you got to a place where you just couldn't edit, though. Glad you fixed it. |
