All known problems with our Discussion Forum software can be solved by following these instructions.
If you are having difficulty Logging On to the Discussion Forums, please make sure you have taken the following steps before contacting us for technical support:
- Wait for it! Wait for it!
It may take 24-48 hours for your registration to be approved! For security purposes, all registrations are reviewed and approved by a real human being. - Try to Log On again. Remember, Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Email Anti-Spam Software Conflicts: If you wish to participate in (post to) the Discussion Forums, please make sure your email anti-spam software is set-up to accept email from the "simpleliving.net" domain. You will not be able to verify your Registration Activation Key and post to the Discussion Forums unless you reply to the automatic email sent to you during the registration process.
- Web Browser Conflicts: Please make sure you have an up-to-date web browser.
- Cookies Conflicts: Please make sure your web browser is set to accept Cookies from "www.simpleliving.net"
- Firefox Conflicts: If you are using Firefox, please set your browser to "Display Like Internet Explorer."
- Security Software Conflicts: If you are running a security program (such as Norton or Symantic), you may need to adjust settings.
- Try to Log On again. Remember, Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
If you cannot successfully Log On after making the adjustments listed above, please Contact Us with the following information:
- Tell us your User Name(s).
If you tried to Log On with more than one User Name, we will need to know ALL of the User Names you used and which one you want to keep. We will have to delete all of the others. - Explain in detail what is happening. Send us any error messages you may have received.
- Tell us what browser (eg., Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.), version number (eg., 7.0) and platform (eg., PC, Mac) you are using.
